This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and share your data when you visit our website or use our app (“Services”). We only collect the information necessary to provide our Services, enhance your in-app experience, improve our offerings, and support our business operations. Data shared with third parties—such as service providers or advertisers—is handled with care, keeping your privacy and security in mind.

2. Personal Information We Collect
Personal information is information about an individual or information that can reasonably be linked to an individual. The personal information that we collect about you is listed below. Note that de-identified and aggregated data is not personal information because it can no longer be linked to a specific individual. We may de-identify and aggregate information collected in such a way that the information cannot reasonably be linked to you or your device. We may use such de-identified or aggregated data for any purposes (including testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving the Services, and developing new products and features) and may disclose it to our service providers. Also, when we de-identify and aggregate non-Financial Data, we may disclose such data to any third parties, including advertisers, promotional partners, and others.
Information provided by you (in the course of using the Services, connecting your financial accounts to the Services, contacting Customer Service, including through online chats):
- Identification and contact information:, such as your name and surname, User ID (email address), password, email address, or other contact details you may provide to us.
- Rate Information:
should you opt in, your rate information.
- Preference information:
your account settings including preferred contact channel and types of services/offers that interest you.
- Other voluntary information:,
any voluntary information you may provide us in the course of your interactions with us (such as by calling, emailing, texting, or chatting online with Customer Service).
- Account Authentification data: information used to verify your identity, such as security questions, one-time passcodes, or similar credentials.
- Bank account info:
information related to your financial accounts as provided through Plaid integration, such as account balances and transaction history, which is only being processed and not stored.
- Functional unregulated data:
details about your goals, tasks, or preferences that you voluntarily provide to enhance your experience.
- Budget Information:
data related to your financial plans, including income, expenses, and savings goals that you input into the app.
- Attachments:
files or documents you may upload, such as receipts, invoices, or other supporting materials.
Information collected from third parties:
- Legal Inormation:
fraud checks or flags raised about your transactions, payment card refusals, suspected crimes, complaints, and/or claims.
- Social Media information:
if you interact with us through a social media service or log in using social media credentials, depending on your social media settings, we may have access to your information from that social network such as your name, email address, age, gender, and location.
- Financial account information:
When you log in to your financial accounts to connect them to our Services, we will receive transaction and balance information from such accounts via Plaid. You can find Plaid's privacy policy here. At no point will we receive your login information to any of your financial accounts

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of service providers and other third parties.

entities assist in delivering our Services or performing business functions on our behalf, including:

into web traffic and user interactions, including how users were referred to or interact with our Services.

Companies
we collaborate with to offer services, especially those you have an existing relationship with.

Rate Calculator Data:
Artists have the
ability to opt in to providing their rate information through the settings section of their account page. By opting in, you agree to allow us to use your rate data to provide aggregated insights, which are shared with other artists using the platform. Rest assured, your individual rate will never be displayed to other users or third parties.
The collected rate data may be used to calculate general rate trends within your area, and this aggregated data may also be utilized in company publications, such as blogs, research reports, or articles. However, no personally identifiable information or specific rates will be disclosed in any of these materials, ensuring that your individual rate remains confidential.
Legal Obligations:
We may
share your personal information to protect you, other customers, and our business against criminal activities and risks; to make sure we understand and can meet our legal obligations to you and others, to defend ourselves; and if required by law, governmental request or court order or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with such law, request, or court order, or to protect the users of our Services or the public.
Financial Data Aggregation Services:
By
using the Services, you grant ARTPOWER the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid. You acknowledge that the terms of Plaid's privacy policy will apply to your use of their services. With respect to aggregating your banking and other financial accounts, you or we (with your consent) will transmit your account credentials to third-party financial data aggregation services, who will use them to link, gather, and maintain your account balances, transactions, and holdings used to provide the Services.
4. Data Retention Policy
We retain your information as necessary to provide the Services, to fulfill the transactions you have requested, and for other necessary purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, and for fraud prevention and related security purposes. In determining how long to retain information, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the information, the purposes for which we collected and process the information, how long an account has been inactive, and applicable legal requirements.
5. Public Forum Disclaimer
Please be aware that any comments or posts you make on our blog or forums are publicly accessible and may be viewed or used by anyone online. ARTPOWER is not responsible for the privacy or security of any information shared in these public spaces.
6. Tracking Tools and Opt-Out
Our Services use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixel tags, web beacons, and JavaScript) to recognize your browser, track usage patterns, analyze trends, and improve our Services. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you access our Services. We may also supplement this data with information from third parties, including those that use their own cookies on your device. Please note, our Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser requests.

It is expressly agreed that all rights, title and interest, including all copyrights, to all Feedback is owned by us and may be used by us without restriction and without any obligation, attribution, or compensation to you. You hereby assign and convey to us all rights and interests in and to any Feedback (regardless of when it was or is created or shared). 8. Your data is stored in the United States.
All data processing activities are conducted within the United States in compliance with applicable U.S. data protection laws. If you reside outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be stored and processed on servers located in the United States. By providing us with any information, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States for processing in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not process or share data internationally.
9. Links to Third Parties
Our Services may contain links to websites and services that are owned or operated by third parties (each, a “Third-party Service”). Any information that you provide on or to a Third-party Service or that is collected by a Third-party Service is provided directly to the owner or operator of the Third-party Service and is subject to the owner's or operator's privacy policy. We're not responsible for the content, privacy, or security practices and policies of any Third-party Service. To protect your information, we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of all Third-party Services that you access.
10. Personal Information of Children
As noted in the Terms of Use, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information about children under 13 years of age; if you are a child under the age of 13, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any personal information. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
