ARTPOWER is an artist-led tech startup building financial tools and advocacy that bring artists sustained financial power, dignity, and freedom. We produce The ARTPOWER Podcast and recently launched Tortoise — a financial tool designed to strengthen the financial lives of artist workers.
Who You Are
You’re a passionate, experienced producer prepared to craft engaging and innovative live and virtual experiences with intuition, skill, and organization. Driven by the craft of exceptional production and the potential of well-executed experiences, you are inspired by artists and dedicated to working in and for the community. You have the ability to lead, troubleshoot, maintain a vibrant energy, and make the entire process seem effortless.
Together We Will:

Produce a curated series of events, including salons, workshops, performances, and live podcasts from idea to encore — covering venues, tech, staging, budgets, and all the moving parts.

Nurture relationships with ARTPOWER’s community of artists, community partners, and Tortoise users, to develop meaningful programming that deepens engagement and expands ARTPOWER's reach.

Collaborate with marketing to expand audiences and amplify the magic.
- Ensure events are inclusive, accessible, and reflective of the communities we serve, led with clarity and good vibes.
Your Experience Includes

Senior-level dynamic producer, curator, and project leader who brings agility and vision to managing budgets, tasks, and all production resources.
- Experience leading production of live events in arts and culture from idea to encore — venues, tech, staging, budgets, all the moving parts.
- Deep knowledge of the arts ecosystem, emerging trends, and current cultural movements.
- Experience with virtual, in-person, and hybrid events.
